We provide the opportunity for you to order a variety of prints for any of your photographs and also have a store available for landscape photography. The 5 Step Booking Process:

Taking the thoughts of a photoshoot from “I’ve wanted to” to “I did.” We all deserve the experience and high quality images-life is too precious to not capture special moments along the way. 

Step 1: Let’s Chat

At Capture the Moment Photography, we strive to make the booking process as simple and stress-free as possible. Our team understands that planning a special occasion can be overwhelming, which is why we are here to guide you every step of the way. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of your photographs, we are committed to providing exceptional service. We believe that communication is key, so we will keep you informed and updated throughout the entire process. Trust us to capture the magic of your next special occasion. Step 2: Schedule Your Photoshoot

At Capture the Moment Photography, we believe that every moment is special and deserves to be captured. Whether it’s a romantic engagement shoot, a fun-filled family session, or a professional headshot, our team is here to turn your vision into reality. With our expertise and attention to detail, we will create stunning photographs that you can cherish for a lifetime.  The second step is for us to find a date and time to schedule your session and let us capture the magic of your next special occasion.

Step 3: Picture Day!

Get ready for a day filled with pure magic as Capture the Moment Photography meets you on  Photoshoot Day! It’s your chance to step into the spotlight and let our talented team capture the essence of your next special occasion. With our passion for perfection and attention to detail, we transform ordinary moments into extraordinary works of art. Trust us to bring your vision to life and create stunning photographs that will leave you speechless. If you booked one of our packages, we will have held our connection call so you feel a bit more prepared for your photoshoot. As long as you show up at your scheduled time, our team will handle the rest! Step 3 is to just be you and enjoy the moment!

Step 4: Expedited Photo Delivery

At Capture the Moment Photography, we understand that anticipation and excitement that comes with waiting for your precious photographs. That’s why we offer expedited photo delivery, ensuring that your treasured memories are in your hands faster than ever before. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to ensure that your photos are professionally edited and ready to be enjoyed within 24-48 hours of your photoshoot unless otherwise noted by CTM Photography. Please note, engagement and wedding photoshoots are excluded.  We bring our time together to life quickly and efficiently. Trust us to capture the essence of your special occasion and deliver stunning photos that will exceed your expectations. Get ready to experience the magic of expedited photo delivery with Capture the Moment Photography. All photos are delivered through a private gallery sent via email, with options for us to provide you a custom mobile app for photo viewing. Step 4 is to review your photographs. Should there be any questions or concerns, please follow-up with us. Your satisfaction is most important to us. 

Step 5: Expand Your Gallery

As mentioned, you will have access to digital photographs based on the package or photoshoot you had selected. We provide the option for an added cost, to have a custom mobile app built that allows you to easily access your photos at anytime, and forward to family and friends via text or email. Further, you will have access to purchase additional digital images as well as a variety of prints that will ship directly to you. From wallet inserts, the most common prints to hang in your living room, to a beautiful canvas to make any room feel more like home, we offer it all. Our prints are produced at a very high quality due to the equipment used, that are often drastically different than local stores or home printers. Step 5 is to share your story-whether that is with yourself or others!
